Our garments are crafted using traditional ancient tailoring methods. Unlike Western 3D cutting, our unique flat-pattern structure comes with its own distinct sizing terminology.

• Sizing Advice: To preserve the flowing silhouette and traditional elegance of the garment, we highly recommend choosing 1 to 2 sizes larger than your regular Western size.

• The Warmth of Handcraft: Every piece is meticulously measured by hand by our artisans. Please allow for a slight variance of 1-2cm, which is the unique hallmark of true handmade craftsmanship.

Due to recent updates to our warehouse policies, we currently only accept exchanges and no longer accept returns or refunds. Because the return window has been shortened, returned packages can no longer be sent back to our brand suppliers and cannot be resold as future inventory.

However, if you receive an item with severe damage or major defects, please contact us at mailto:yunshanghanfu@outlook.com. We are more than happy to investigate and resolve any product quality issues (by arranging an exchange for you).

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping (USA): Shipped via YTO Express and USPS. Estimated delivery time is 5-8 business days.
• International Shipping: Shipped via YTO Express and EMS. Estimated delivery time is 6-15 business days.

To ensure you receive your complete order, all items are shipped together once the item with the longest production time is ready. Please note that some garments may require additional preparation time. Delays & Disclaimer While we strive to provide efficient shipping, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as public holidays, peak seasons, severe weather, flight availability, or customs inspections. Yunshang Hanfu cannot be held responsible for such delays.Please note: Refunds will not be issued for shipping delays unless an official investigation confirms the package is lost in transit.
